These 9 YouTube videos provide excellent gameplay Tutorials. Watch them and re-watch them and experiment for yourself. Maybe fool around on an empty PR server.
I usually play on the TG (Tactical Gamer) PR server or the BigD & AEF PR server.

At least 13 training videos have been posted by Gelly from the OCB team, covering everything from RPGs, scopes, first aid, to contacts, formations, and smoke. These use the ACE mod and are a welcome resource. Hats off to OCB and look forward to more of the same.
